Accessing Parental Settings

To begin setting up controls:

Step 1 - From the Sky Glass homepage, scroll down and select Settings

Step 2 - Choose Parental then Manage parental settings

Step 3 - Enter your Sky PIN to proceed

Using Family Settings

Once your PIN is entered, you can:

• Enable Family setting to activate all PIN protections
• Set Require PIN for daytime viewing for 12+ content before watershed
• Activate Require PIN for purchases for Sky Store/Box Office

Setting Age Ratings

To restrict content by age:

Go to Apps and Videos in Parental Settings

Select minimum age rating requiring a PIN

• (Example: Choosing 12 will also block 15/18 content without PIN)

Managing Apps

To control app access:

In Change PIN section, select All available apps

Choose between:

• PINs for all apps
• No PINs for apps
• Individually Set to choose per app

For individual apps:

• Set to On to require PIN
• Set to Off for unrestricted access
