Every Child Online has been named the Official Charity Partner of Event Tech Live 2026, taking place on 11–12 November at Excel London. The partnership will bring together the event technology community to promote technology reuse, reduce electronic waste and help tackle digital poverty, while raising awareness of how surplus business devices can be refurbished and redistributed to children and young people who need them most.

We are proud to announce that Every Child Online has been named the Official Charity Partner of Event Tech Live (ETL) 2026, one of the UK's leading trade shows dedicated to event technology.
The partnership will run throughout the lead-up to the show and culminate at Event Tech Live on 11–12 November at Excel London, where Every Child Online will work with exhibitors, suppliers and attendees to promote technology reuse, reduce electronic waste and help tackle digital poverty.
For Every Child Online, the partnership represents an opportunity to engage directly with an industry that regularly refreshes laptops, monitors and other technology, much of which remains suitable for reuse long after it leaves the workplace.
Since launching, Every Child Online has supported more than 80,000 children and young adults, redistributed over 53,000 devices, diverted 446 tonnes of electronic waste from landfill and prevented an estimated 19.4 million kilograms of CO₂ emissions.
The charity works with businesses, schools, local authorities, social services and community organisations to securely collect, data erase, refurbish and redistribute surplus technology to children and young people who would otherwise struggle to access education, training and essential online services. Through its Safe and Smart Online programme, it also delivers online safety education for children, parents and educators.
As part of the partnership, Every Child Online will have a dedicated presence at Event Tech Live 2026, including a charity stand on the exhibition floor, participation in exhibitor education programmes and opportunities for attendees to learn more about technology donation, volunteering and the circular economy.
The partnership will also help raise awareness of Everyone Digital CIC, Every Child Online's sister organisation, which provides secure IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services. Through data erasure, refurbishment, reuse and responsible recycling, Everyone Digital CIC helps organisations manage surplus technology while generating funding that supports the charity's work.
During the lead-up to ETL 2026, Every Child Online will be included in exhibitor onboarding, educational webinars and pre-show communications. At the event itself, attendees will be able to meet the charity team, learn about technology donation programmes and explore ways their organisations can contribute to reducing digital exclusion.
Organisations interested in donating surplus technology, accessing secure ITAD services through Everyone Digital CIC or supporting us through volunteering can find out more by contacting corporate@everychildonline.co.uk or by visiting the ‘Donate’ page on our website.
