CRE8 is our answer to the question: What if old, broken tech could still make a difference? Born from our commitment to a zero-waste, circular economy, this project transforms the parts from unusable donated devices into unique, functional, and often stunning creations — all while supporting our mission to bridge the digital divide.

When our team at Everyone Digital and Every Child Online dismantles devices that cannot be refurbished, we see more than just scrap metal and circuit boards — we see potential. Many of these components, from circuit boards and wiring to drive platters and heat sinks, are visually striking and brimming with design possibilities.
Rather than sending them to industrial recycling plants, we decided to givet hem a second life as clocks, jewellery, artwork, and corporate gifts. The result is a project that blends sustainability, art, and social impact.

CRE8 embodies our belief that every part of everydonation should count. By turning unusable tech into desirable creations,we not only reduce waste but also raise funds for digital inclusion, onlinesafety, and skills development programmes. The project empowers creativity, connects communities, and proves that innovation can come from anywhere — even a broken hard drive.
Most recycling projects stop at breaking items down for scrap. CRE8 goes further. We turn waste into wearable, giftable, and display-worthy pieces. Our hard drive clocks and circuit board cufflinks have stopped visitors in their tracks at exhibitions. They’re not just environmentally responsible — they’re conversation starters with a cause behind them.
Repurpose hundreds of tech items each year that would otherwise be waste.
Launch CRE8 Clubs in multiple local communities.
Engage volunteers and students in thousands of creative hours annually.
Generate a sustainable income stream to protect and expand our charity’s work.
